TomoTherapy Europe Opens Office in Belgium
This summer TomoTherapy Europe GmbH opened the doors of its new headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. The 684 square-meter facility houses a 12-person Customer Call Center as well as offices for sales and marketing, site planning and project management, and operations personnel.
Including field service representatives, who are stationed around Europe, TomoTherapy Europe expects to employ close to 50 people before the end of 2006.
The Call Center, which went live in July, is an important step toward the company’s goal of 24/7 global customer support.
“As we build momentum in the international markets, we are committed to providing excellent customer support,” explains Jack Reese, Director of European Sales.
With ten Hi·Art Systems already in operation across Europe, and another 20 expected to be installed before the end of 2007, the new European office will help support TomoTherapy Inc.’s rapidly-expanding base of European customers.
