We are looking for a Clinical Applications Training Specialist who is a well rounded performer and decision maker in routine aspects of clinical applications as related to the safe and effective use of the TomoTherapy system. This person uses developing knowledge and initial clinical experience to make decisions in many routine cases. In difficult, unusual, or nuanced circumstances, the Clinical Applications Training Specialist will investigate and make recommendations potentially requiring guidance or oversight. The Clinical Applications Training Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development of customer training material as well as instruction for use of the TomoTherapy Hi Art system as a part of the TomoTherapy Institute of Learning. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a significant amount of travel. This individual will possess the ability to work well with a diverse professional group including physicians, physicists, radiation therapists, dosimetrists, and administrative personnel. This position involves learning the TomoTherapy Hi Art system workflow process resulting in becoming a mild mannered expert and customer champion. We are looking for a Clinical Marketing Manager who will be active in two principle areas. First, this person will drive sales of existing TomoTherapy product line to ensure organization meets/exceeds its business and financial commitments. Second, this individual will spend time advancing and aiding the new product development process. In both cases, the Clinical Marketing Manager will highly leverage their strong radiotherapy clinical background. Furthermore, this individual will participate in defining overall business strategy and take a leadership role in designing and executing the resulting tactical plan(s). We are looking for a Reliability Engineer in our Product Development department who will be responsible for analyzing, testing, resolving, and tracking the reliability issues of the radiation delivery system of the product. The major sub-systems of this product include control systems, electrical power conditioning and distribution, high voltage pulsed power, S-band microwave power generation and transmission, high energy X-ray generation and collimation, radiation detection and monitoring, data acquisition and signal processing, and a closed-loop water system for temperature control. Primary responsibilities of this position include: *Development of product reliability requirements. *Facilitation of hardware FMEA sessions with Product Development project teams. *Development and execution of product qualification plans and test procedures for release of either new products or enhancements to existing products. *Definition and execution of reliability demonstration tests and accelerated life tests. *Determination of estimates for MTBF, MTTF, and MTTR. *Confirmation of proper implementation of derating guidelines, FEA, and safety factors. The Reliability Engineer is involved in the product development process from the beginning of the hardware design through the final qualification testing. The development tasks and priorities are project-driven, and may be individual or cross-functional. This individual works closely with the Quality Engineers in the Regulatory department to analyze manufacturing test and field system data to proactively and reactively guide re-design efforts based upon the company’s quality goals. This individual is responsible to troubleshoot and manage customer issues by developing an in depth knowledge of the TomoTherapy product line. This person be focusing TomoTherapy resources to quickly resolve problems and escalating any unresolved issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction Required qualifications for this position include: ·Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics and at least 5 years of experience in the Medical device support industry. An advanced technical degree is a plus. ·Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with electronic test equipment including: DMM, Oscilloscope, etc. ·Excellent problem solving skills. ·Good verbal and written communications skills. ·Experience in basic administration of Windows-based computer software and hardware would be an advantage. ·Good computer skills, including the use of standard office software programs including spreadsheet, word processing and email applications. ·Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ping, FTP, RDP, and Telnet. PERL, LINUX and UNIX is a plus. ·Any A+ Certification is a plus. Ability to travel is required. Approximately 30-40 % travel is expected. Multi-lingual in Spanish, Italian, French, or German a plus.
