This analyst will work with Marketing, Product Development, Research, and both internal and external customers to develop system requirements for TomoTherapy’s industry leading radiation treatment system. This individual will lead or contribute to several project deliverables including: user stories, user interaction designs, system requirements, performance requirements, customer feedback, and etc. Experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred for this role. Knowledge relating to DICOM, HL7, and other medical industry data standards is a plus for this role. For our European organization, we are looking for a Clinical Information Manager whose primary focus will be to effectively leverage his/her clinical and business skill set in order to help TomoTherapy achieve its nearer term (1-3 years) business goals. There are a number of execution avenues that will typically be taken in this pursuit. At the highest level, those avenues will include working closely with our installed base as well as potential customers, and working closely with the rest of our marketing team along with other functional groups. A key objective for this individual will be to find and/or create compelling clinical evidence, accelerate publication in different forms which can be effectively leveraged by our distribution team and internal marketing communications team. The ultimate goal is to increase the market adoption and market penetration of TomoTherapy technology. Typical forms of clinical substantiation will include: white papers, published journal articles, User Meeting abstracts, press releases, contributed trade journal articles, sales tools, and various other marketing communication materials. The EMEA Service Logistics Coordinator position is based in Diegem (Belgium) and will cover Inventory as well as Logistics activities as follows: INVENTORY (25-30%) * Replenishment planning for service inventories in accordance with CMS planned demand. * Is accountable for maintaining approved stock levels and ensuring stock-out situations are minimal and corrected. * May prepare shipping documentation and forms including commercial invoices, shipper's letter of instructions, etc. for domestic and international shipments. * Work closely with Service Parts Planner to review all incoming requests for development of a stocking and distribution plan, and subsequent distribution and stocking. * Assist in the compliance of Import/Export processes. * Conduct annual 3PL warehouse audits as needed. * May assist with inspection and stocking of service inventories. * Develop and publish activity and quality reports as directed, including analysis, distribution tracking, daily or weekly stock bulletins, and quality reports. We are looking for a Medical Physics Manager who will be responsible for management of TomoTherapy personnel and resources that provide physics services to customers, both internal and external. These services include physics testing, product support, sales & marketing support, research & development support, and physics training. The Medical Physics manager must work well with a diverse group of customers, and build strong cross-functional relationships with other departments within TomoTherapy. This position requires a commitment to process improvements, the ability to effectively drive projects to completion, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
