We are looking for a European Applications & Product Specialist responsible for assisting in the development of customer training materials, developing and advancing the Global Operations Center, support of the commercial sales organization, as well as instruction for use of the TomoTherapy Hi Art system. REGULATORY AFFAIRS AND QUALITY ASSURANCE *Produces quality reports, analyzes and disseminates information to relevant company personnel, and assists in the organization of the quality review meetings. *Prepares quality metrics and other information for management review meetings. *Assists with administrative oversight of the corrective/preventive action reporting process. *Support and participate in corporate sponsored continuous improvement activities that may utilize tools associated with Lean and Six Sigma programs. *Assists Quality and Regulatory Engineers with monitoring and maintenance of regulatory compliance and the training of employees in various quality system standards and regulations. *Establishes and monitors the product quality system documentation by developing and maintaining the quality procedures, work instructions, and records. *Assists engineering, purchasing, manufacturing and other company personnel in evaluating suppliers, discussing and resolving quality and regulatory issues as required. *Assist other regulatory affairs personnel in representing TomoTherapy during external audits of TomoTherapy. *Ensure that reports from customers and employees regarding alleged safety issues are promptly brought to management’s attention for review. *Assists regulatory affairs personnel in the preparation of information necessary to complete pre-market product submissions to US and international regulatory agencies. QUALIFICATIONS *Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent in experience. *Proficient in the use of computers and typical office programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. The Regional Sales Manager N. Europe will take responsibility for all direct sales activities in the Netherlands and Belgium. This includes market coverage, forecasting, presentations, proposal writing and coordination with other related support functions. The Regional Sales Manager will develop specific sales plans to effectively win orders and close the sales process with successful customer acceptance and turnover. In addition, he/she will coordinate the sales efforts of the distributor network in the UK and Nordic countries. The position will report to the Sales Director, North & Central Europe. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field is required. A master’s degree in business administration is preferred. Other formal education, training and/or work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. * Ten (10) years professional sales experience of medical equipment with specific knowledge of the assigned international territory is highly desired.
