EMEA Service Logistics Coordinator

INVENTORY (25-30%)

* Assist with the EMEA Field Service Engineers' cycle count discrepancies.

European Medical Physicist - Sales/R&D Specialist

Medical Physicist Sales/R&D Specialists are knowledgeable about all aspects of machine commissioning, machine and patient quality assurance (QA) activities, and patient planning on the TomoTherapy system. Their primary responsibilities are working with the TomoTherapy Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Research & Development teams to support product sales and improvements. Medical Physicist Sales/R&D Specialists work well with a diverse group of customers - internal and external - including other physicists, physicians, engineers, technical support staff, and administrative personnel. This position requires a commitment to continuous learning, understanding of the clinical use of TomoTherapy machines, and excellent communication skills.

Significant travel may be required for customer site visits and trade shows, as well as acceptance testing or quality assurance measurements at customer sites. The primary metrics for job performance in this role will be active involvement in and contribution to ongoing projects to drive sales and product improvements. This position is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
*Commissioning, acceptance testing, and field work - travels to customer sites to perform acceptance testing activities, assist in the resolution of machine and/or patient-specific QA issues, and train customers on machine QA, basic planning, and patient treatment workflow.
*Global Operations Center - Responds to customer inquiries and issues related to machine and patient QA activities in a timely and professional fashion, and follows the procedures in the physics on-call guide, including proper tracking and documentation of support activities.

Field Service Engineer - Oklahoma

This FSE will manage and resolve customer equipment issues as quickly as possible, either by phone or on site, to minimize disruptions to patient therapy. The main responsibility of the Senior Cost Analyst is to oversee the cost and inventory accounting system, including establishing standard cost of goods sold and inventory management. We are currently looking for a Technical Instructor who is responsible for the development and delivery of technical training materials and classes for the technical support personal, i.e. TomoTherapy installers and field support personnel, customer personnel, and third party organizations. Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex service situations for the entire TomoTherapy Inc product line. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. and implementation of the TomoTherapy customer training program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Deliver training courses to TomoTherapy personnel, customer personnel, and third party
organizations, as required. This will include the coordination of training sessions provided by
other TomoTherapy personnel
*Develop course and instructional material including visual aids, student handouts, job aides,
trouble shooting techniques, system “hands on” exercises, and reference materials for technical
training of TomoTherapy Hi-Art System
*Develop the training materials for distance learning to expand the technical knowledge globally
to field service personnel and other technical Customer Service employees (Call Center,
Installation team, et al)
*Develop training schedules to accommodate the training requirements of personnel, based on
TomoTherapy new hires, product updates and customer requirements.
*Obtain information on work related external technical or personal skills course, and make
recommendations for Customer Support staff attendance based on the suitability of the
course.
*Monitor the effectiveness of training programs. Evaluations involve the use of surveys,
questionnaires, interviews and observations. Result will be then use to plan revised or new
course.
*Monitors customer satisfaction and recommends training or other initiatives to promote a high
level of customer satisfaction.*
Training for TomoTherapy personnel may also include business related subjects, such as
customer relation skills, time management, documentation, and quality system
*Carry out administrative tasks such as keeping student records, arranging timetables, and
maintaining general documentation.
*Experience workign with linear accelerators and/or RF chain strongly preferred.
*Advise the Technical Training Manager on changes to the training budgetary requirements.
*Support and develop the information on the Knowledge Based system for TomoTherapy

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Science. And/or other qualifications with significant related
work experience may also be considered
*At least three years of technical writing, training in a technical environment, system and
networking, field support engineering or manufacturing experience with high technology
electrical/electronic products. Prior work experience with a medical device manufacturer or
TomoTherapy Hi-Art System would be a plus.
*At least two years experiences of training or working on TomoTherapy Hi-Art System or 5 years
comparable system experience.

environment
