The Beamlet
Tomo® Lifecycle Care(TLC) is here. Now TomoTherapy® treatment centers can choose from three post-warranty Hi·Art® system service plans—and access direct connection support through our brand-new TomoGateway tool.
Because everyone needs some TLC, we’ve made it a point with these packages to address both the budgetary requirements and technical capabilities of our customers. Here’s what we came up with:
- Total TLC. Offering full spare parts coverage and complete service and maintenance by our Field Service Engineers, Total TLC also includes TomoGateway (see details below).
- Partnership TLC. A shared services agreement with full spare parts coverage and Planned Maintenance visits included, Partnership TLC allows customers to use their own employees for service and maintenance. TomoGateway is included (see details below).
- Support TLC. With a replacement parts discount and billable back-up service from TomoTherapy Inc., Support TLC is designed for facilities that choose to use their own staff for System service and maintenance needs.
New Product Spotlight
We are pleased to offer TomoGateway with the Total and Partnership TLC Service Packages and as part of the standard Hi·Art System warranty.
A direct link from the Hi·Art to TomoTherapy Inc.’s Customer Contact Center, TomoGateway uses a streamlined, Virtual Private Network* (VPN) connection, with communication initiated by the customer whenever necessary.
Using TomoGateway, our technical support professionals can examine the comprehensive System log files, helping to diagnose and resolve problems in the shortest possible time.
